United Earth is a loose federation of member states created after the Third World War and the devastation caused by powered kinetic devices, a filler-in for the United Nations but at an extremely elevated level of authority. It can be considered a massive council of governments formed to protect Earth and administer it under one branch of people, the United Earth Council. The Council's power is vented in many different ways, mainly operating on Earth with several puppets reporting to it.
