Please put any new files just added onto FastDL, or something. It seems silly to re-download the megapack for one small file.

just installed the new megapack now when I join the server my game crashes (no others changes made). i think it might have had to do with me opening the 7z with winrar. a bunch of "breakage" errors came up when I extracted but the files seemed to be fine when I looked in the folder. I don't know. 95% chance its something wrong with my computer but I'll keep trying stuff

okay did a complete uninstall of gmod, reinstalled and only installed the megapack and etc on the OP and im still crashing immediately on joining. map loads fine in singleplayer.

deleted jutland pack from OP and used hoplites and im still crashing. I have no idea what's going on here. only clue I have is it says "couldn't include file 'playx/client/vgui/player/browser/lua" (file not found) (@playx/client/playx.lua (line 38)) each time I crash

yeah, that's what I downloaded and the error didn't show up when I joined, but I still crashed. Dunno where to find proper crash logs. Will try disabling in SP and joining the server in a moment
Got it to work on my laptop so I'll do that for now, but still. I'll do another reinstall and see if I missed deleting something if the playx single player thing doesn't work.

disabling playx seemed to work. Thanks. Dunno why that caused an issue (or why it's used at all!!!)
